Alec Baldwin has been charged over the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins in 2021
The actor alongside the film’s armorer were both charged with involuntary manslaughter after the cinematographer was killed on the set of ‘Rust’.
It follows the District Attorney accusing the pair of failing to perform safety procedures that could have avoided the accident.
Hutchins was struck and killed by a live round of ammunition, which had been placed inside a prop gun.
Baldwin maintains he was not aware the gun contained a live round.
His attorney has previously called the decision “a terrible miscarriage of justice”.
