Russian rocket attack on Vinnytsia claims innocent 4-year-old’s life

Tragedy in Ukraine as the bloody war continues

At least 23 people have been killed in a Russian rocket attack on Vinnytsia in Ukraine.

Russian missiles struck the city, which is south-west of Kyiv and a long way from the heart of the fighting in Donbas.

More than 100 were reported injured in the attack in Vinnytsia.

Three Russian missiles hit an office block and damaged residential buildings.

Distressing scenes from Ukraine detail the horror as it unfolded.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called it “an open act of terrorism”.

The Ukrainian presidency also said the attack had launched from a submarine in the Black Sea.

3 children are also reported to be victims

During the russian terrorist attack, a little girl with down syndrome named Lisa died from the explosion.

Her mother Iryna was taken to the hospital with her leg torn off.
