The US is on track to exit the “full-blown” pandemic phase of Covid-19, according to the nation’s top infectious diseases expert, Dr Anthony Fauci.

Fauci says the new developments designed to limit the spread and intensity of the virus, including vaccinations and heard immunity, will begin to have a significant impact on the ongoing pandemic situation.

Over the coming months, it’s expected decisions around Covid and Covid mandates will be made on a far more local level… rather than from one central authority.

Fauci says individuals will have the ability to make their “own decisions on how they want to deal with the virus.”

The infectious diseases expert hopes all restrictions will be brought to a halt in the coming months.
