It seems wounds are healing within the royal family, following reports Harry and Meghan have been invited to Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Queen’s platinum jubilee
If in attendance, the Duke and Duchess will likely stand on the palace balcony with their fellow royals, during the “trooping the colour” parade.
Prince Harry remains in a tense legal battle with the Home Office over security while visiting the UK, which may be a potential deterrent.
The news follows the pair recently meeting with Queen Elizabeth in-person and successfully hosting the 2022 Invictus Games in the Netherlands.
It’s believed the invitation was given following this quick stop-off, as the Queen prepares to celebrate her 96th birthday.
Harry and Megan also found time to meet with Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla.
Speaking to the BBC, Harry says “it was great” to see his grandmother.
