It has been estimated that an average adult will take around 15 to 20 breaths every minute, meaning roughly 21,600 breaths every day of an adult person’s life.

Breathing brings much needed oxygen to feed our cells in our bodies. The problem. The air we all breathe brings with it a myriad of heavy metals and environmental toxins that can negatively impact our health.
