U.S. and South Korean forces fire missiles

South Korea and the U.S. have fired a string of missiles into the sea

It follows North Korea firing one of its own on Tuesday, the first in over five years to fly over Japan.

Seoul says its missiles were fired into the East Sea, which is between Japan and the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S., Japan and South Korea are conducting military drills in a show of strength against Pyongyang.
