South Carolina lawmaker, Neal Collins, has changed his mind on the state’s anti-abortion fetal heartbeat bill, that he once supported

Collins says the reason for his change of mind, is the story of a 19-Year-Old woman.

Her water broke early, meaning her baby had died but doctors refused to remove it from her body.

This put the teenagers own life at risk.

The South Carolina representative told the House Committee he won’t support the law, and encouraged others to rethink their vote too.

However, despite Collins moving speech, the committee approved the bill.
