Singapore and Indonesia discuss key issues during bilateral meeting

Singapore and Indonesia have finished a set of agreements on three bilateral issues

The issues include aviation needs and safety, an extradition treaty, and an agreement on defence cooperation and military training.

The two nations re-aligned the boundary between their respective flight information regions.

Under the agreement, the boundary between the Singapore and Jakarta is realigned to be in accordance with Indonesia’s territorial boundaries.

Singapore’s Prime Minister also accepted Indonesia’s invitation to the G-20 Summit in Bali later this year.
