There are reports of a global WhatsApp outage
WhatsApp users around the world are reporting that the app crashes as soon it opens, leaving them unable to respond to messages or access contact lists.
The problem has been reported on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business and the WhatsApp beta.
Many users have gone to Twitter to voice their frustrations and now Downdetector has shown an increase in self-reports.
The problem is believed to have been related to the iOS 15.2 update.
