Red bull has dominated the Spanish Grand Prix in a one-two victory

Max Verstappen claimed the top spot, with teammate Sergio Perez coming in second.

The grid provided some drama, as Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc lead the race in pole position but was forced to retire the car on alap 27 with a power unit failure.

Verstappen took advantage of Ferrari’s downfall despite his own car’s DRS concerns and dominated the race in scorching temperatures.

Mercedes’ George Russell took the final spot on the podium.

This is Verstappen’s fourth victory in the Formula One season, taking the Dutchman to 110 points in the drivers’ rankings.

Leclerc is only slightly behind on 104 points.

The Monaco Grand Prix is next up for the F1 championship, a course that doesn’t allow for any mistakes.

It kicks off on May 29.
