Qantas to roll out seven new domestic routes as popularity soars

As most international travel remains off limits for now… more Australians are travelling their own country.

In a positive note to the aviation industry, Qantas has rolled out a string of new flights across Australia.

It will be launching seven new flights to regional areas.

Qantas Domestic and International CEO Andrew David says new direct flights can be expected to key tourism destinations, that will be popular with travellers.

Australians are set to continue domestic travel through 2021, especially given international borders will likely remain closed until next year.

It brings the total number of routes Qantas and Jetstar have added since the start of the pandemic to 45.
