Do I appear on Ticker for free?
Yes. Editorial interviews are broadcast on Ticker News as part of our global television programming. These interviews are selected by our newsroom and aired without charge to the guest. Editorial appearances do not include a licensed video copy for personal use.
Licensed Insight interviews are a separate option and are selected at the time of booking. They include guaranteed placement on air and licensed content you can use beyond the broadcast.
Why am I offered licensing at the time of booking?
Ticker operates differently from traditional media companies. We don’t charge viewers to watch our content, and we don’t rely on advertising alone. Instead, we give guests the option to secure a professionally produced, licensed interview at the time of booking.
This ensures clarity upfront and allows you to create a high-quality television interview that you can confidently use across LinkedIn, websites, presentations and social media, without restrictions.
What’s included with a licensed interview?
Licensed interviews include a professionally produced MP4 video cleared for reuse. Depending on the package selected, this may also include extended replay on Ticker, featured articles, photography, or additional distribution.
What can I do with a licensed video?

Can I edit the video?

Can I screen record the broadcast?
No. Screen recording or reposting broadcast footage without a licence breaches our copyright policy and reduces content quality. Licensed videos are professionally mastered and cleared for reuse.
What if I choose an editorial interview and don’t license the video?
Your interview may be broadcast and may appear on Ticker’s platforms as part of our editorial programming. Editorial content does not include guaranteed replay, long-term availability, or licensed usage rights.
Can I use a licensed interview for advertising?
You may amplify and promote your licensed interview across your own channels. However, the licence does not permit:
Can Ticker make edits or changes on my behalf?
To protect editorial independence, we do not revise news interviews after recording. However, Ticker Studios offers separate content production services for partner brands and commercial projects.
Can I become a regular guest on Ticker?
