Calling all gamers: NFL wants to bring the sport to mobile
The NFL and mobile gaming platform Skillz are accepting applications for the Game Developer Challenge co-hosted by the two organisations.
Developers have until May 31 to submit their concept for an NFL-inspired mobile game that will launch around the start of the 2022 season.
The winning submission will receive access to NFL and team logos, and that game will be launched on the Skillz app.
“Enter the challenge, create an NFL-inspired mobile game, and reshape the future of esports!” the organisations said on their website.
The game will be promoted via NFL channels and Skillz will contribute $50,000 toward user acquisition.
