Memorial for Harry Potter elf, Dobby
If you’re part of the Hogwarts family, then you’re being urged not to leave your socks at a beach in Wales
The reason behind this odd request is that fans of the iconic Harry Potter films are flocking to the so-called memorial for the house elf Dobby.
The location is where the production of the Deathly Hallows is set to have taken place.
In the famous books, Dobby dies in Harry’s arms and tells him the beach is “a beautiful place to be with friends.”
It follows a memorial popping up at the filming location, and now fans are leaving their socks as a tribute to Dobby.
The lovable character is freed after his evil owner is tricked into gifting him a sock.
He then wears those socks until his death in the film.
