“It uses ambient listening to take high-level notes of your conversations, like takeaways from a team meeting or a parent-teacher conference. Conversations will have an Apple Intelligence-generated title, summary, and key points. You can review them in the Siri app. You control if and when Siri recap takes notes.

When you enable it, you can choose always or set up a schedule, such as only at work or never at night. You can also turn on and off at any time, right from Control Center.
