Live Cross Guide

We can’t wait to have you appear on TICKER NEWS – Here are some handy hints to make your interview run as smoothly as possible…

First and foremost – We ask you to please be patient and do not enquire about your password beforehand – we will contact you and appreciate your patience!

LIVE CROSS INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please use either Google Chrome or Download Firefox Browser – Laptop preferred (not mobile)
2. Login to https://advanced.vmixcall.com/
3. Enter your name into username box
4. A Ticker team member will TEXT OR CALL YOU PRIOR to your interview to provide your unique password. Your set interview times can vary. 

Please Note:

1. Ensure all video tools are closed before connecting (Inc. Zoom, Skype, Teams, Etc.).
2. Do NOT use Google Hangouts link, only join your live interview at advanced.vmixcall.com as per above.
3. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your booked time as you may be required earlier.
4. It is highly recommended that your guest use a headphone/microphone/Bluetooth earpieces for your live cross, for audio quality reasons.
5. Ticker reserves the right to cancel interviews without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
