Hyundai pledges to invest $10bil in the U.S.

U.S. President Joe Biden wrapped up his visit to South Korea on Sunday, emphasising his goal to strengthen the American economy

It comes as Hyundai unveiled plans to invest at least $10 billion in the nation launching a whole new range of operations throughout the country.

The car manufacturer will use the funds to further develop its work in the EV sector, robotics, air taxis and artificial intelligence.

Hyundai is also building a $5.4 billion electric vehicle plant in Georgia, with the full $10 billion being invested in America by 2025.

The United States is currently experiencing a period of soaring inflation as Biden’s ratings take a tumble.
