Time Out has revealed the world’s coolest neighbourhoods

At number ten, there’s a town in Marseille.

Towns in the US, Japan, Britain and Chile all feature in spots five through to nine.

Then, in fifth spot we have ‘Mile End’ in Canada. While Ridgewood takes out fourth spot.

A village in Cambodia takes third, before a seaside city in Portugal’s capital finishes in second.

Colonia Americana takes out the top spot.

The Mexican city is known for restaurants, cafes, and city buzz.

Time Out says it has a creative community, and some of the best nightlife in the western hemisphere.
