Classified documents discovered in Mike Pence’s Indiana home

Pence informs Congress that he found classified materials in his private residence on January 16

Former Vice President Mike Pence now informing Congress that he found classified papers documents inside his home in Carmel, Indiana last week.

According to the Pence team, after the classified materials were found, they were immediately put into a safe.

The documents have since been collected by the F.B.I.

This comes more than a month after he said he during an interview that he did not have any classified materials whatsoever.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden faces growing legal worries and questions about his political future after several batches of classified document were found in his office and private home—some classified papers dating back 14 years ago.

On Tuesday, press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faced a fresh round of questioning over President Biden’s document scandal, but referred those questions to the Department of Justice as it continues to conduct its own investigation.
