Anne Heche’s son wants to take the reign on her assets

Homer has requested to gain control of the late actress’ estate following her death.

He filed paperwork in a LA court, requesting he be named administrator of his mother’s estate.

This is because she did not leave behind a will.

Homer noted that the estimated value of the star’s estate is “unknown,” so it will have to undergo forensic accounting.

The 20-year-old also wants to be named as the legal guardian over his 13-year-old brother.

Heche died on August 12 after ploughing her car into a Los Angeles home and sustaining critical injuries the week before.
