Actor Alec Baldwin is suing those involved in the gun incident that occurred during filming, which led to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

In his cross-complaint, Baldwin alleges negligence against some of the people sued by script supervisor Mamie Mitchell. This includes asking for a share of any damages that Mitchell may win from the people Baldwin names and asks that they pay for any damages assessed against him.
